Lucas had his last soccer game of the season while Aunt Tonia was in town visiting. He was so excited to have another fan sitting on the sidelines cheering him on. For me it was the end of my soccer coaching career.....or so I think. I really enjoyed each of the little boys on our team and miss seeing them every week. Lucas still tells me how much he misses playing soccer even though he plays at home everyday.
Luckily we are already signed up for the fall season so he has something to look forward to at the end of summer......something more than just starting
kindergarten. I on the other hand did not sign up to coach again next season but did volunteer to step up if needed so we will just have to wait and see.
