Warm Winter

The boys have had plenty of opportunities to play with their new soccer nets they got for Christmas since we have seen very little snow this winter. We did get snow last weekend that required Steve to dust off the ol' snow shovel and the boys got to build a snowman. Of course most of the snowman had melted by the time I got around to taking pictures the next day.
The boys had lots of fun at their Valentine's Day parties at school and got lots of goodies from their friends. I remember in grade school when we would get excited if the little envelope had one conversation heart inside with the Valentine. Now I think every kid in class gave some little treat with their card. On Valentines Day they each got to get into their Treasure Boxes at school and they both came home with the same set of glasses. I know weird.....
Last week we got to go to another great hockey game. The Grizzlies won the game and the boys got to see four fights that night. It always makes for a late night but they insist on staying until the buzzer goes off at the end of the game. Luckily this time we also got to see our team score their final goal in the last 10 seconds of the game.
Lucas could not take his eyes off the game long enough to let me take his picture.
