A couple of weeks ago the boys and I met up with our friends Angi, Deja, Mia and their cousin Haze for a little hike. We met at the entrance to the Bell Canyon Trail and began the hike to the lake. I carried the boys fishing poles with me only to find out it was catch and release luer fishing only which we were not prepared for. 
Angi carried Deja in her backpack and the other four kids managed to hike the trail all be themselves. 
It was a little slow going at times but I was so proud of all the kids for pushing on. They were very relieved to see the lake where they finally got to have a much deserved snack.
The kids managed to share some of their crackers with this baby duck and her momma.
Lucas and Landon are starting to get a kick out of our little friend Isabel, now that she is getting so much bigger. Landon enjoys playing peek-a-boo with her and Lucas likes to make funny faces that make her giggle.
Notice the goggles he is wearing - safety first when mowing the law. ;)
Not your typical hockey uniform but it seemed to work for him.
