It's All In the Performance

Lucas had his Spring Show for Adventure Preschool at the Wheeler Farm a couple of weeks ago. He has never been one to bolt out a song for either one of us, so to see him perform and sing in his school programs is quit a treat for all of us. He takes the whole performance quit seriously.

This year my favorite part was a song where the boys and girls danced as couples. During this performance Lucas was unable to keep from smiling.

Later I learned that it might have been in part because he had a slight crush on his partner Brynn..........

I always hoped my boys would wear a crown........

It's Raining.......

Something I have wanted to get the boys for quit some time was rain boots. I finally found some at Target that didn't have superheros plastered all over them plus they were on sale. That might have been the best $20 I ever spent! The first day the boys wore them non-stop and because they were clean I even let them wear them in the house. Now I wonder if I should have bought them each a back-up pair!! We have had lots of rain this past month and even after the rain stops there is still the mud that before I worried about them playing in and ruining their good shoes. Now that it is getting a bit warmer I love to see them in shorts and rain boots. ;)
